It offers exceptional comfort, combining modern amenities with Savoyard style (wood-burning stove, beautiful terrace with views of the surrounding peaks).

This cozy stay will allow you to recharge in peace and quiet and fully enjoy the pleasures of mountain sports.

Its location is ideal in the Bruyères district: a ski-in/ski-out residence with easy access to a blue run. Shops, restaurants, ski schools, a kids' club, and a sports center with a swimming pool and wellness center are all within easy reach. Daily delivery of bread and pastries is available.

Apartment No. 32, accommodating 8 people, features 5 rooms on the 3rd floor with elevator access, 82 m², a south-facing aspect, mountain views, and a lovely balcony with a table and outdoor sofa.

For added comfort, two of the four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

To ensure an exceptional stay, the following are not permitted:

- Pets of any kind (we verify that no animals have been present during the season).

- Occupancy exceeding the number of people specified in the contract.

If an inspection reveals that these conditions have not been met, the contract will be terminated, and you must vacate the premises within two hours, with no compensation.

Beds made upon arrival, towels, dishwashing and toiletries provided. A cleaning service is available for €200; please request this when booking.
A €200 cleaning deposit will be retained if the apartment is not completely and properly cleaned and tidy upon departure. Guests are required to empty the trash and dishwasher, and leave dishes clean and put away.

Arrival
Arrival at 5 pm, earlier arrival possible exceptionally if the apartment is ready.


Departure
Check-out by 10:00 AM at the latest, dishwasher and trash emptied, apartment tidy.
Very clean apartment if cleaning service not booked.

Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
A 30% deposit is required upon booking, the remaining 30% is due 70 days prior to arrival, and the balance is due 40 days prior to arrival.
Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Breakfast
Pastries and bread can be delivered before 8 a.m. by a service provider.
Cleaning
End-of-stay cleaning is available for a fee of €200 and must be requested at the time of booking. If not booked, the cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit if the cleaning is done incorrectly.

We love our animal friends; however, we guarantee to families with children who have respiratory sensitivities or allergies to animal fur that no animals have stayed in the apartment during the season. Their presence is therefore strictly prohibited under penalty of immediate termination of the rental agreement, with immediate departure and no refund.
